Robert Kligerman received a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto in 1970 , an L.L.B. from the University of Windsor in 1973 and has been practising corporate, commercial and real estate law since 1975.

Norman MacDonald received his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Dalhousie University in 1986 and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the London School of Economics in 1988. He has twenty years experience in a wide range of business matters including corporate commercial, international transactions, intellectual property, employment law and real estate. He has held corporate counsel positions in Europe with the BBC, Ericsson and Kumera Corporation and is a former professor of Canadian Business Law and International Business Law. He has appeared in all levels of court in Ontario and has written briefs to the Supreme Court of Canada. He is admitted to the Bars of Ontario, Manitoba and Alberta.
