Robert Kligerman received a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto in 1970 , an L.L.B. from the University of Windsor in 1973 and has been practising corporate, commercial and real estate law since 1975.

Norman MacDonald is a business and tax lawyer with 20 years experience. He handles income tax, excise tax , retail sales tax and customs duty appeals; tax audits; TAX AMNESTY applications; TAXPAYER RELIEF applications; NAFTA disputes; and defence of tax evasion and fraud charges. He is experienced in setting up offshore corporations, trusts and bank accounts and can advise on which jurisdiction or structure is best for his clients.
Norm is a registered trademark agent and also practises intellectual property, entertainment / media law, defamation and employment law. He has substantial international business experience in the media and technology industries, having worked as an in-house lawyer in Europe for BBC Worldwide, Ericsson and Kumera Corporation and having taught International Business Law at the college level. Norm is an adjunct Professor at George Brown College where he teaches Employment Law and Human Rights.
Norm did his Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) at the London School of Economics in London, England and his Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. He is admitted to the Bars of Ontario, Alberta and Manitoba. Norm represents clients in all levels of court, in mediations and arbitrations, and before various administrative boards and agencies.
